Would you like to make an impact in the development of our employees' careers? Do you have a proven track record in talent & development? The Leadership Talent and Development Specialist reports to the head of Experience Level track and we are looking for you who can:

- act as a regional subject matter expert; providing local and global specialist knowledge and support to divisional learning colleagues, internal clients and HR partners. This will involve building strong stakeholder relationships, developing knowledge of key initiatives and consulting/ advising/ collaborating on local learning and development projects

- be the program/project manager locally for our Leadership Program offerings

- provide program delivery/ facilitation locally across the programs in the Experience Level track and any others that will support the region

- participate in and/or lead ongoing strategic change projects;
• bringing design, delivery and program management capabilities to the table and leverage those across a portfolio of programs, projects and initiatives
• providing thought leadership in the creation of new programs, content and leadership development projects
• participate in the creation of an internal content shelf of discrete leadership & management topics which will involve researching, sourcing and creating conceptual and detailed designs.
• creating and utilizing innovative ways of approaching learning and engaging employees.
