Join us in the Talent & Culture team as a Talent sourcer / Multi-country recruiter.

Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:

•    Candidate Awareness: active approach to sourcing on networks like LinkedIn and using alternative techniques
•    Creative Sourcing Strategies: design of customized recruiting strategies for multi-country recruitments
•    Influencing: actively encourage the entire Talent & Culture international  Accor network to post jobs on social media 
•    Full-Cycle Recruiting: from profile creation to hire, working closely with hiring managers, local Talent & Culture members and mentor candidates through the entire recruiting process
•    Candidate Pool: building a pipeline of talents for future positions

Your experience and skills include:

•    Minimum of 3 year experience in a Talent Sourcer role 
•    Experience in multi-country recruitment will be an asset
•    Understanding of current challenges on the global job market
•    Passion and a successful track record in headhunting
•    Advanced English, any other European language will be an asset
•    Proactive, outgoing, extroverted and creative person 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Digital fluency and experience in social networks
•    Degree in HR will be an asset
