Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To build a harmonious and memorable shopping experience
  • To deliver warm and welcoming customer support to our shoppers
  • To manage the Concierge Counters and handle enquiries
  • To build harmonious relationships with tenants and visitors
  • To provide high quality customer service to tenants and visitors
  • To help in promotional activities in the mall
  • To assist in resolving complaints by tenants and visitors

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm to serve and with cheerful character;
  • Diploma in hospitality or business-related streams
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience (Preferably in hospitality, tourism or customer service)
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset
  • Proficient in common software applications
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • 5-day work on-shift

Salary up to $17,300- $19,300, additional new joiner bonus of HK$3,000 upon completion of probation
