Objective
Responsible for implementation, support, maintenance and assigned enhancements to the NAFTA HRIS TALEO system. Provide support to business users across NAFTA, Argentina and Spain affiliates
·       Strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and translating them into TALEO Requirements
·       Ability to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel and maintain effective working relationships
·       Solid understanding of business requirements analysis techniques, business process engineering, user acceptance testing and change management techniques
·       Highly motivated identifying and solving business problems
·       Strong knowledge of understanding Taleo architecture and integration points
·       Self-motivated, but able to work independently or in a team environment
·       Experience in prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills
·       Good time management, documentation of tickets, communication and project management skills
 
Responsibilities:
·       Responsible for defect resolution, day to day production activities and performing root/cause analysis.
·       Facilitate the delivery and deployment process including all change activities.
·       Build comprehensive test plans and executes unit, system, integration, regression and performance test cycles.
·       Monitor, test and implement system changes based on regulatory requirements. Utilizes corporate approved change management processes.
·       Maintain an expert level awareness of the functionality and system configuration options of assigned PS modules along with a keen understanding for underlying business processes.
·       Identification of repetitive issues for development of processes to eliminate them.

Profile:
·       Education:                                                                                                                                                                                     Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science)
 
·       Language (s) English advanced.
 
·       Travel – 5 - 10%          
 
·       Job Experience :    
·       Minimum experience of 1-3 years working as developer or technical Analyst or Tester
·       Responsible for planning, monitoring and develop of IT projects
·       Knowledge on SQL
·       Well-developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
 
·       Knowledge required
·       Oracle SQL (or any other relational database)
·       Medium-level knowledge and experience with Web Services Design (XML)
·       Experience with cloud solutions
 
·       Nice to have knowledge
·       Experience with TALEO Recruiting, Onboarding and OBIEE modules or similar experience
