Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking a native Polish speaker to become a valued member of our Marketing Team as a Task Innovator/Marketing Localization Specialist. The term is 12 months, with option to renew based on performance and project needs. Fluency in English required for the role. 

 

As a member of the Marketing Services team, reporting to the Marketing Services Manager, you will engage with and help Bentley process marketing activities in relevant tools and be responsible for functional aspects of localization of marketing content.

 

You will be assigned to ongoing projects including - webinar moderation, closed captioning, localization reviews, social media, and other projects as defined. 

 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Localization/translation of marketing content.
• Maintain style guides, glossaries and translation memories.
• Review marketing content.
• Enter lead information into templates for upload to our database.
• Gather user intelligence by asking questions about software usage.
• Engage in SEO and social.
• Other special projects as needed.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

• Native Polish and fluency in English is a must.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 / college degree in progress.
• Strong translation skills.
• Experience with CAT Tools (Computer Assisted Translation Tools) is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
