About the role

Key responsibilities

- Monthly Tax refund for trading and manufacturing companies for the R&D service and goods exported and invoice issuance. - Prepare tax filing returns for overseas remittance and apply for tax approval. - Prepare for supporting documents for asset loss application. - Raise purchase order request and review tax term requests in system. - Assist in all tax audit projects, including collect financial and tax data, draft tax analysis report and documents required by tax authority. - Database management & update of key information such as Sales Team, EUM, Customer hierarchy to ensure the integrity of information in sales report system. - Consolidation of Weekly Flash (Forecast) for Greater China destination with key highlights on movements for submission to local and regional management team. - Coordination of monthly reviews of APMEA Commercial Finance issued reports to ensure timely feedback is provided and key issues are highlighted and addressed. - Ad hoc jobs assigned by senior commercial finance manager and tax manager.

Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA, CIMA or equivalent is desired but not required. - 3 plus years finance experience in multi-national company preferably with commercial finance or finance analysis experience. - Good English skill both oral and writing. - Proficient in Microsoft office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. - Sensitive to numbers. Majors in finance/accounting/tax/statistic would be a plus. - Able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external. - Reliable, consistently meets deadlines, follows through on all assignments and Checks own work to assure accuracy and quality. - Able to assess problems and resolve the problem.
