工作任务 

Ensures awareness of all tax laws & guidelines to provide maximum protection  Handling of the monthly Tax reports, export tax refund , relevant vouchers  Handling to apply of VAT , CIT ,WHT & BT etc to Tax Bureau  Handling of Tax statistics report, normal & special inspection & application  Issuing invoices weekly, communication with Sales Department , checking for system sales recognize ,preparing the internal sales report  Inventory scrapping application, yearly tax review ,TP reports & relevant adjustments & coordination of relevant audits (internal and external) processes  AR system checking & preparing reports ,coordinate with each branch  Quarterly maintain AR / OR in group system to check the data  Foreign currency business with Banks & SAFE verification etc  Be an advisor from the Financial & Tax perspective on any issues ,Providing professional knowledge to managements  Assists to FM with the other financial affairs.

前提条件 

Excellent understanding of manufacturing Financial & Accounting  Good understanding of Tax and accounting relates documentation requirement  Bachelor’s degree in Tax / Financial / accounting certificate; preferred in more Tax experiences or the Certified Tax Agent to be acquired;  Good interpersonal communication skill;  3-5years working experience with similar position in financial /accounting function ;  Good command of oral and written English;  Good skill in computer and experience of accounting system SAP is preferred, project related software (e.g. MS project).
