Tax Specialist Senior

Work Location: Cyberport

In this role, you are required to provide the corporate tax group with divisional tax support to assist in the discharge of its responsibilities, direct and coordinate on a divisional basis the international tax matters of FedEx, to ensure foreign and US tax compliance, planning and research and the proper structuring of divisional international transactions. Moreover, you are responsible for analyzing and managing the corporation’s divisional tax risks and assist in resolution of local tax issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting
• A minimum of four years of professional experience in corporate taxation with a public accounting firm or industry tax department
• Good technical knowledge of regional tax laws with strong research skills and technical writing ability
• Strong communication and human relations skills for the successful interface with executive management and officers of the company and outside advisors
• Frequent travel may be required
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
