Key Competencies

Tax:

• Prepare boutique and head office tax statement monthly to tax agency and review tax returns report on

“taxlab” system;

• Non-trade tax calculation and tax filing;

Treasury:

• Prepare weekly cash flow report and monthly bank reconciliation
• Monitor bank remittance transaction, especially check clients bank remittance
• Responsible for SAP bank related voucher posting and clear (Eg. bank transfer, cash pooling collection,

commission entries etc.);

• Petty cash and Corporate card management;

Others:

• Keep good communication with bank and tax authority etc;
• Ad hoc assigned by direct leader.

Profile

• Bachelor Degree, majoring in Tax and Accounting;
• 3-5 years related working experience in accounting, tax & treasury experience is preferred;
• Experience in Retail Company is a plus.
• Logical, sensitive to detail, good communication skill, and team work spirit;
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP.
