New Oriental, the preeminent provider of private English instruction in China, is seeking 1-2 teachers to join our Xiangfan team. At New Oriental we encourage our teachers to teach English as a living subject and a tool for communication. We advocate the use of communicative teaching techniques that encourage the use of full sentences, task based learning, engaging activities, games, and student-to-student communication.

We are looking to fill these positions immediately.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct classes at learning centers in Xiangfan;
-Prepare, lead, and instruct lessons to students of all ages;
-Develop lesson plans and speaking activities that promote spoken English in the classroom.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Native English speaker from U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, S. Africa
-Friendly, outgoing, sociable, patient, open-minded;
-Both experienced and inexperienced will be considered.

Salary & Benefits:
-Monthly salary: 8,000-11,000 per month based on experience and qualifications
-Hourly salary: 100-150rmb per hour
