Job Description
We are looking for an English language teacher who is passionate, outgoing and responsible!
The School
Juchen School was established in June 2004 in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, northwest of Shanghai. We teach kindergarten, primary and middle school students.
Juchen has enjoyed 12 years of constant growth and great achievement. Our courses are aimed at helping students improve their pronunciation and communication confidence.
Position Overview:
The teacher will instruct children aged 10-18. They will deliver innovative and immersive programming to children in an energetic and passionate manner to provide a highly engaging and effective learning experience. The English teachers should report to the Language Learning Director [LLD].
General Duties:
- Deliver our interactive contents by using multimedia and a variety of audio-visual materials
- Use immersive learning techniques such as story-telling, singing, dialogue and role playing in combination with formal exercises to deliver curriculum
- Interact with learners in a way that makes language learning fun, engaging and educational
- Deliver both formal and informal assessments and progress reports as well as partner with local Assistant Trainers to maintain strong communication with parents
- Participate in center promotional, cultural and social events as needed and attend weekly meetings with the LLD to communicate any learners and/or classroom issues(communicate the issue of learners and class with the LLD)
- Assist Chinese English teachers with their spoken English
Requirements
- A four - year Bachelor’s degree
- Must be a native English speaker
- 24 months of recent, post-Bachelor’s work experience teaching/working with students/children in an educational, recreational, athletic or campus setting with a minimum 12 months’ consecutive employment
- Must love teaching and have the ability to maintain classroom order, be good at energizing the classroom atmosphere, and strongly identify with the teaching culture at Juchen.

- Monthly salary: 10,000 to 13,000 After Tax
