Job Description
Position: ESL Teacher Suzhou Institute of Trade & Commerce(SITC)
Position duties：Prepare lessons well prior to teaching, Conduct English lessons, Assess students work,Take an active part in students extra-curriculum activities,Improve Chinese-Western cultural communication and the English teaching level of SITC
Position Working Hours and Workload:
24 periods per week (40 minutes per period) to the students each week on average and attend the faculty meeting for one and a half hours each week. If the work time cannot reach the above-mentioned amount，SITC can arrange some other concerned work or activities, such as seminars, tutoring English contests, lectures and etc..
Position Salary: The salary is RMB 8000 per month,The pay day is on the 30th of every month (If not a full month, the salary will be prorated (RM8000 divided by 30 days, times actual working days). Overtime shall be paid as 100 RMB per hour. Bonus shall be paid in the end of each semester depending on teacher`s performance.
Accommodation: Free Accommodation shall be provided exclusive of services (electricity, water, telephone, cleaning etc.) for which the occupant of the apartment shall be solely responsible. teachers shall pay utility whatever used when teachers lives less than a month.
Air Fares: The airfare reimbursement amount will be set at a maximum of RMB 8000 paid after Party B fulfils the contract. The amount of
reimbursement will be specified by written notice at the time of hiring. If no ticket receipt can be provided to get reimbursed, teachers can get the amount of RMB 5600 after the negotiation with SITC
Insurance: Party A shall buy Insurance for teachers during the contract date.
Health and Medical Care: SITC shall reimburse teacher for routine medical expenses of maximum RMB 500 Yuan a year with the formal receipt from the appointed hospitals.
Other benefits: SITC shall give teacher some shopping certificate during Chinese Festivals, It is about 1000-1500 RMB, and also SITC will arrange teacher for local tour twice a year which are not included in our contract.
