工作内容：

1.协助并配合教师做好教学工作；

2.关注帮助学生保持良好的学习状态，维持班级纪律并做好记录；

3.其他教学相关协助工作。

职位要求：

1.英语专业大专及以上学历（在校学生***优先）；

2.具备一定的英语基础及英语交流能力；

3.有亲和力，形象气质佳；

4.热爱教育行业；

5.良好的沟通技巧和较强的判断能力。

工作时间：

工作时间在EF学校授课时间段内，个人具体工作时间按学校课表及个人自由时间安排担当不同课时助教。

星期一至星期五17:00——21:00间；

星期六与星期日9:00——19:00间。

职位晋升：表现优异的助教，在毕业以后可以获得英孚的优先面试权，进入英孚，搭建职业晋升阶梯！
