A successful Chinese entrepreneur is looking for a private English teacher. As the client is very busy the teaching hours are light, however you will be required to be flexible in terms of schedule. Also, you may have to perform other duties, which include translation, PPT work, communicating with overseas organisations and clients, and interpreting. Furthermore, the client has an 8-year-old daughter who you will be expected to tutor regularly.

As the teaching schedule is quite light there are also opportunities to get involved in other aspects of the company. This would be at the discretion of the client and would be secondary to the client’s language learning.

This is a special opportunity for a strong, flexible ESL teacher who wishes to gain insight into the Chinese business world.

Requirements

Essential

-Native speaker
-HSK 5 or higher (Certificate not needed, but level will be assessed)
-University degree for Visa purposes
-Recognised TEFL certification or at least 2 years relevant experience

Desirable

-Translation experience (Chinese/English)
-Business background
-Experience with teaching VIP's
