Principle Responsibilities:
FT Candidate Processing
? CV sourcing / screening
? Approach the candidate and interview them
? Recommend to hire
? Start the hiring procedure with the Expatriate Recruitment Specialist in HR, ensuring constant communication through arrival and that the hire and offer letter targets are met every month.
? Ensure proper on-boarding and handover
Data Processing and Reporting
? Track and input required HR data into candidate tracking system.
? Weekly and Bi-monthly Headcount Reporting
? Reporting on Vendor performance
? Updating regional applicant requirements, supporting recruitment documents, welcome packs, etc.
Communication
? Constant communication with FT candidates through entire hiring process
? Communication with vendors on requirement changes and candidate progress
? Communication with several internal departments (HR, Finance, Service, Training, etc.)
? Contribute to knowledge sharing and provide support to colleagues
? Contribute to regular team meetings and team growth
Requirements:
? University Degree from outside of China
? Native or near native English
? Previous recruiting experience a plus
? Well organized, charismatic
? Self-motivated, works well independently
? Adaptive, resourceful, problem solver, multi-tasker
? Friendly, outgoing, good judge of character; extroverted communicator
? Excellent MS Office / computer skills
? Willing to travel as needed
