Expectations

• Prepare for and facilitate one on one, small group, and large scale training at the school and district level in a manner that encourages autonomous use and positive attitudes towards the product and company.
• Build relationships with teachers, administrators, and other educational staff.
• Execute training vision and plan for all schools, per teaching group instruction.
• Attend company and team meetings and conferences.
• Build on, refine and adapt the current teacher-training materials and teaching approach to each particular group of trainees;
• Help recruit and interview foreign teacher.
• Deliver online teacher-training or sessions teacher-training video to English teachers around China and help support the online trainees with advice, feedback and encouragement via Video tools ;

Skills & Experience

l Quick learner, especially with technology, and self-starter.

l Experience in the education field – teaching background (ESL preferred) or experience working for educational organization.

l Effective relationship-building capabilities.

l Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

l Native speaker from US, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or Australia

l Bachelor’s degree or above

l Clean criminal record

l Passion for education

l Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Additional information:

• Type – Full-time
• Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 RMB per month, depending on experience
• Every year 7 days paid holidays, plus Chinese national holidays.
• 12 month contracts
