The Master of Science in eBusiness and Supply Chain Management (MSceBSCM) is offered and managed by the Department of Computing and Decision Sciences. This full-time programme began in September 2016. The normal duration of the programme is one year. The programme is mainly designed to educate students with information technology (IT) backgrounds about key management strategies and approaches in the eBusiness environment. It also aims to help students with or without IT background to understand and utilize IT for supply chain integration in the international and global context.

The appointee is expected to (a) provide assistance in course preparation; (b) facilitate small team discussion under the supervision of the course instructors; (c) coordinate various student and alumni activities; and (d) perform other research and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants should (i) have a Master’s degree; (ii) have good communication and interpersonal skills; (iii) have the ability to lead a case discussion; (iv) be proactive, willing and able to handle projects in details; and (v) be proficient in MS office applications. Administration experience in tertiary education sector and understanding of Lingnan University and the Taught Postgraduate Programme would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund. Appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of eleven months. Further appointment will be subject to mutual agreement.
