The appointee is expected to (a) assist course instructors in running design and innovation courses, (b) providing design and innovation project tutorials and (c) guide students in doing projects.

Applicants should have a MPhil degree or above in design and innovation with teaching experience in the field. Main skills including Product design life cycle, Design research methodology, Computer programming (python), CAD/Graphics (SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, Unity); 3D printing and CNC and Basic electronics (familiarity with Raspberry Pi, Arduino) will be required.  The appointee should be self-motivated to learn new skills and tools.  Candidates with less work experience may be considered for appointment as Instructional Assistant. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
