Job Description
Occupational Summary: Foreign teachers is the bridge between SITC and oversea colleges,teachers and students. Also, they play an important role in promoting teaching and curriculum reform,building up campus culture while contributing to teaching and propagating culture exchange. Statutory holidays and winter/summer holidays will be guaranteed.

Essential Duties:
 ESL Teaching
 Staff Meeting
 Pedagogy Research
 Tutoring Students
 Lectures
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree preferred
TESOL,TEFL certificate preferred
Native Speaker ( U.S.,UK,Australia,New Zealand,Canada,Ireland)
Age below 50.

Requirements:
Passion for education and cultural exchange,willing to help the college promote pedagogy reform,
Familiar with the teaching and administration system of higher education in China.
Familiar with the learning characteristics of Chinese students.
Willing to take part in campus activities.
Good at Teamwork and cooperation.
2 years of teaching experience at least.
Remuneration:
Salary:
9000 RMB/month,20 periods at maximum per week, including possible social training,public lecture and tutoring student clubs).
Allowance:
3000 RMB travel allowance per year.
Another 9000 RMB will be paid after the summer when you get evaluated and extend your contract(1 year contract) with us.
Airfare reimbursement (according to the real price of the air ticket,maximum 10000 RMB) will be paid once the 1 year contract is over.
Insurance:
Thorough medical insurance would be provided.
Accommodation:
Free accommodation with full equipment will be provided(bath room,kitchen,living room,balcony,bedroom).
1500 RMB of accommodation allowance for teachers who live out of campus.
