Teaching product development Director (Children English area)

Location:
- Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province

Working hours:
- 8:30 - 17:30 Mon to Fri
- Weekends as normal

Starting date: ASAP

JD:
1. Be responsible to research and develop curriculum system of children's English, including optimize the teaching cousrewares, teaching contents and help to build up the teaching team etc.
2. Be responsible to managing teaching team's class schedules and responsible to training new teachers
3. Focus on the Teaching operation conditions of the Daily Learning Center and concentrate together with English teachers on the student's behaviours and growth.
4. Teach classes if the situation needed

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (Business or Languages would be preferred)
2. Teaching certificate Tefl/Tesol/CELTA
3. At least 4 years experience in teaching or training Children or Teens in China(Kindergartens or International schools)
4. Great sensitivity in Language-teaching area and the ability to seek and develop teaching product independently in Chinese market would be preferred
5. Familiar with the business of Children and Teens English teaching
6. Excellent communication skills and planing capability, team player and a good talker
7. Mother tongue nationality ( USA would be preferred)

Salary and Benefits:
1. 15k-25k per month + KPI bonus
2. Accommodation allowance 1.5k per month
3. Air tickets allowance 6k per year
4. Regular national holidays
