Job Description
The Role

Definition
Collaborative account management with the Account Manager to expand sales coverage in Huawei to drive growth and customer success by owning strategic Fields of Play and proactive opportunity generation, management and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Driver
  • A vision of mutual business success within these accounts through collaborate with Account Manager
  • Setup the scope and Field-Of-Play(FOP) with Account Manager, build and execute the plan of for the FOP
  • Managing sales opportunities pipeline and providing accurate forecasts
  • Demonstrate account knowledge and ability to expand business footprint in these accounts
  • Improve efficiency with remote-selling skills

Customer Focus
  • Work with Account Manager to complete overall Account Plans and build team seller Territory Action Plan
  • Approach prospects, identify customer needs, demonstrate and promote products and capabilities to customers and support their long-term success that results in repeat business
  • Planning and executing account development initiatives to generate demand in identified areas

Collaboration
  • Work closely with Account Managers
  • Coordinate and utilize internal resources and partners to close sales
  • Work internally as a team, provide feedback and contribute to team success
  • Plan and execute policies with Account Manager in team

Key Performance Objectives

Make customer success
Meet territory quota and business success through influence
Successfully design and excute territory action plan

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications and Skills

  • Dedicated in this position based in Shanghai or Shenzhen for at least 3 years
  • Minimum Degree: B. S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Control Systems
  • Minimum 9-18 month sales, inside sales or training experience in test and measurements industry
  • Highly effective and professional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Good time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in team or individually if required
  • Have a creative and strategic approach to problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be proficient in NI core products, LV, DAQ, MI, CLD/CLA is preferable
  • Passion to evangelize NI to certain industry
  • An innovative thinker
• Willing to build relationship with others.
