Job Description

This role provides proactive and a range of administrative and general services to the office in reception, central office services, visitors and travel management. He/she also provides team support to the Supporting Functions team which ultimately creates an optimal office environment that supports the business objectives of the Anglo American Resources Trading (China) Co. Ltd. (AARTC)

  • Reception: responsible for the receptionist work, incoming/outgoing calls, visitors meet & greet, office access cards registration and distribution
  • External visitor management: provide reliable and efficient service and management to company’s visitors
  • Internal visitor management: manage internal visitor weekly report, visa invitation, logistical support etc.
  • Safety management: provide reliable and efficient office and travel safety related service and suppliers’ management
  • Travel management: arrange business travels, logistics, including visas, air and train tickets, car booking, hotel reservation, etc.; manage travel related suppliers 
  • Courier, stationery and supplies: manage document/courier collection and distribution, in-city express delivery, stationery and pantry supplies
  • Central services: manage meeting room reservations, new-joiners workstation preparation, pantry and cleaning services
  • Office bill management: manage monthly payment requests for office bills and SAP Concur and KYC/Masterdata applications
  • Team support: provide team support for office events and activities, senior executive visits, trainings, customer and external stakeholder events

Qualifications

  • High level of fluency in English competency in both speaking and writing
  • Competent in computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, etc.
  • Bachelor of Administration/Languages/Business related degrees are favourable; open to high qualified graduates with good potential
  • 2+ years’ experience of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity; open to high qualified graduates with good level of internship experiences at MNCs
