Key Responsibilities:

1,assist team manager and help consultants to delivery KPIs

2,supervise database quality

3,registration and data maintenance of candidate and client information in the profile system

4,manage client job advertisement database and job postings on the internet

5,help consultant to make monthly reimbursement and supervise authenticity

6,type candidate CVs and client JDs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines

7,promptly answer any telephone calls in 3 rings and take accurate messages, pass to team members in time

8,manage team diaries, meeting minutes, events, order lunch and overtime meal

9,contact window to coordinate related work with Admin Department, Finance Department, Marketing Department and other functional team

10,ad-hoc administrative duties


Requirements:

1,at least one to three years’ solid secretarial, administration and/or PA experience

2,sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)

3,experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable

4,fluent in spoken and written English

5,typing speed: 120w/60s

6,responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

an independent personality who can work well alone and/or with colleagues in a multinational fast-paced environment

  • 管理公司人才数据库(信息输入系统,候选人资料维护,顾客信息入库,候选人简历模版统一)
  • 管理客户职位,发布招聘信息
  • 协调组内顾问日程,安排面试及客户活动,负责报销流程
  • 帮助组内顾问与公司其他部门沟通协调(财务部,人力资源部,市场部等)
  • 其他助理性质事宜


能力要求:

  • 一定的助理工作经验,行政工作经验或秘书工作经验
  • 电脑技能熟练,打字技巧熟练(Office,Outlook,Internet等)
  • 英语口语熟练,书面用语精通
  • 工作认真,负责,仔细,高效,且具备团队合作精神
