The Americas' Partner Program Team is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the Engagement and Experience Team. The successful candidate will have sales and program management experience, marketing and business development acumen, leadership experience and thrive on driving partner and Intel success.
Through the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) Program, Intel works to enable our partners to deploy Intel based solutions to solve their customer's biggest challenges. The Engagement and Experience Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a world-class experience to our partners, drive partners to deeply engage with Intel through IPA and ensure successful attainment of the goals of the team.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Set priorities and direct the work of the Engagement and Experience Team
Day-to-day functional management of the organization including training/development, performance management, forecasting/reporting, and expense control
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with a strong customer service-oriented attitude and mindset.
Set and achieve team goals to align with program priorities
Influence cross-organizational groups and strategies relevant to program goals
Own the partnership engagement with a green badge/contractor team including setting priorities and monitoring work
Assessing risks and identifying solutions to achieve program goals
Represent Intel in partner and industry events
Set future direction of the team in line with the broader Partner Program Team and IPA direction
Ensure an inclusive work environment

Proven track record of being a self-starter with collaboration skills working across different functions
Experience and proven success in operating in virtual teams - driving strategies, tactics and goals/objectives

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or relevant technical or business field
5+ years of experience in developing partner strategies and programs
2+ Years of formal or informal team leadership experience
Preferred qualifications:
MBA preferred

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$192,390.00-$307,810.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
