The Americas' Partner Program Team is looking for a dynamic individual with sales, program management, marketing and business development acumen who thrives on driving partner and Intel success to be our Americas' Recruitment and Onboarding Manager. The successful candidate will be a member of the Team America's Channel Scale and Partner Program organization.

Through the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) Program, Intel works to enable our partners to deploy Intel based solutions to solve their customer's biggest challenges. The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that supports the partner recruiting goals of the team.
A key aspect of this role will be to understand Intel's IPA program as well as the needs of the channel ecosystem partners to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that communicates the IPA program value to drive partners to join IPA and recruit partners' employees to actively engage the benefits.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Set and achieve our annual partner recruitment goals.
Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to successfully bring on new partners to join.
Create and execute a recruitment strategy for recruitment of additional partners' employees to join IPA and engage in the benefits.
Develop and execute an onboarding strategy to ensure all partners have a world-class IPA program on-boarding experience.
Be the regional expert on partner recruitment and onboarding. Facilitate an understanding of the partner recruiting resources to the rest of the Americas' Partner Program team, the field sales team, the ecosystem and the partners.
Work closely with the IPA Global Recruiting Manager to develop and drive an engagement plan for recruitment activities.
Drive regional feedback on support needs for a world-class recruiting and onboarding partner experience into the global team to ensure mutual success.
Work closely with the Partner Strategy Team to develop recruiting strategies by partner type.
Developing a budget and operating plan to support the recruiting strategy and goals.
Develop and execute partner recruitment campaigns to drive awareness and interest in the IPA program.
Create and promote recruiting incentives for our Intel sales team to drive partner recruitment goals.
Monitor and report metrics for our partner recruitment goals.


As a successful candidate will possess:
Strong cross-functional team leadership and influence/matrix management skills. This role will require providing leadership to matrixed teams to guide and orchestrate these teams toward our business goals.
Proven track record of creating and deploying successful partner programs and incentives.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with a strong customer service-oriented attitude and mindset.
Experience and proven success in operating in virtual teams - driving strategies, tactics and goals/objectives.
Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including SP, ISV, OEM, SI, Cloud and Distribution partners and possess an understanding of their business model, and structure.
Creative thinking and risk taking. As our partner strategy evolves to new partner types as part of our data-centric transition, a successful candidate will have the ability to think of new ways to breakthrough to reach and recruit these partners to deliver value.
Excellent communication skills. This role will require clear and concise communication to partners as well as several internal teams.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

    
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science or relevant technical or business field.

5+ years of experience in developing partner strategies and programs.
 

 

Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree or higher in any field.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$146,300.00-$234,080.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
