The America's Partner Program Team is looking for a dynamic individual with sales, program management and training/education acumen who thrives on driving partner and Intel success and who seeks to be the industry leader in partner training and development to be its America's Partner Development Manager.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Team America's Channel Scale and Partner Partner Program Team.

Through the Intel Partner Alliance Program (IPA), Intel works to enable our partners to deploy Intel based solutions to solve their customers biggest challenges.

The Partner Development Manger will be responsible for enabling our partners in the Americas by developing a strategy and programs to scale our Intel Partner University (IPU) training content deep into these partners and through their ecosystem.

A key aspect of this role will be to understand both Intel's strategy at our partners and the partners needs in equipping their employees with the skills and tools they need to build and deploy Intel based solutions.

Key responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Be the region expert on partner training and development. Facilitate an understanding to the rest of the America's Partner Program team, the field, ecosystem and partners on how to translate the IPU program value proposition.

- Be a relentless voice of the partner into the HQ team to ensure Intel delivers a best-in-class partner training and development program through IPU to help partners grow.

- Set and achieve annual partner training goals.

- Develop and execute a partner development/training strategy to enable our IPA partners to grow and to achieve our annual training goals.

- Create and promote training promotions and incentives to drive partner training.

- Manage the NSP Training Team Engagement including the management and approval of customer newsletters, development of custom promotions, support for White Glove Partner University Escalations and management of the Quarterly Business Account Update Webinars.

- Monitor and report metrics for partner development/training.

As a successful candidate will possess:

- Technology industry experience with a focus on channels, partners, and customers. Possess an understanding of the technology ecosystem, their business model, and structure.

- Creative thinking and risk taking. As our partner strategy evolves to new partner types as part of our data-centric transition, ability to think of 'new ways' to breakthrough and drive genuine value to our partners.

- Effective teamwork and collaboration are required with a strong customer service-oriented attitude and mindset.

- Strong cross-functional team leadership and influence/matrix skills. This role will require providing leadership to matrixed teams around to guide and orchestrate these teams toward our business goals.

- Experience in executing ecosystem enabling strategies and an understanding the best way to drive value for our partners.

- Experience in training curriculum development and deployment.

- Understanding of the technology trends that are affecting our partners and their customers.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or relevant technical or business field

5+ years of experience in developing partner strategies and programs in IT.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$147,750.00-$236,090.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
