Job Description
  • Maintain the mobile phone inventory for Greater China IT users, and assist new registration and payment process;
  • Manage goods receive for Greater China IT team and coordinate with super users in unmanned site for hardware/software delivery;
  • Perform IT PO tracking to ensure timely and accuracy of cost execution;
  • Assist in the compilation of relevant data for program management office and IT operation use
  • Assist in IT operation process documentation, IT presentation and regular key reports
  • Responsible for contract filing and assist chop process
  • Maintain Greater China IT SharePoint sites
  • Provide administrative support to the IT department as required

Basic Qualifications :
  • Education & Training
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Working Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience. Multi-national company experience is a plus
  • Prior experience as personal assistant, team admin desirable
  • Basic IT knowledge, relevant IT working experience is a plus
