Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to Department in carrying out their duties.

协助市场部提供日常行政支持及工作安排;


2. To be aware of and remind the Department colleagues of deadlines, important events and meetings

有义务提醒部门团队各类重要任务截至时限、活动日期或会议安排;


3. Assist to event contracts approval process. Responsible to maintain an effective filing system for team documents and contracts management;

协助活动合同流转,负责团队文件和合同的归档和维持有效文档管理体系;


4. Response to arrange monthly payment, conference rooms & company vehicle booking and monthly stationary booking of KerryOn team;

负责KerryOn团队日常办公室运作费用的付款流程,协助预定会议室、公司用车和文具;


5. Update the data and sheets according to monthly KerryOn Marketing event status;

根据KerryOn每月活动进度及时更新各类数据表格;


6. Liaise with members of the team, internal departments and external parties as necessary in order that work is completed on schedule and that instructions, requests and documents are operated smoothly;

与团队成员、内部部门和外部各方保持良好,以便按时按质顺利完成工作;


7. Assist other members of the team to handle vendor’ move-in and fit-out coordinating work;

协助团队其他成员处理供应商进场及商场活动相关等协调工作;


8. Any other ad hoc assignments delegated by the management.

完成上级交办的临时性工作安排。


Requirements:

1. University/College graduate;

本科/专科学历


2. At least 1 years working experience and preferably with experience in foreign owned developers;

具有1年或以上工作经验,有外资房地产公司工作经验者优先;


3. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;

良好的中英文沟通及书写能力;


4. Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT;

熟练运用办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT等);


5. Good integrity, self-discipline, patient, responsible, well-organized and with good analytic skill and attention to detail;

诚信、自律、耐心、有责任心、良好组织能力和数据分析能力并注重细节;


6. Interest to develop the career in real estate industry or marketing function.

有兴趣在房地产行业或市场营销领域长期发展。
