Qualifications

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled intern to support the Global Internet Account Operations. The nature of the team's work means this role will have frequent interaction with various teams across the company both locally and internationally. You must have the ability to quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives and adapt to Intel values and vision. Experience working with distributed teams and international time zones.

Activities include (but are not limited to):
Streamline inbound/outbound communications; maximizing productivity and ensuring all requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency.
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items.
Secretarial and administrative support on daily operation, appointments, business travel, expense claim, etc.
Act as information source and refer inquires to executives or the appropriate departments. Function as liaison between management when necessary.
All other work assigned by C-level executives.
Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals.
React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.
Strong responsibility, teamwork spirit and keeping confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, amiable personality.
English/Chinese bilingual language proficiency.
Effective time management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of administrative procedures and tools required to support executives.
