Job Description

The Intel Dell Account Team is looking for a customer-obsessed high-energy Sales Development Manager (SDM) who will role-model Intel values and is continually aspiring to exceed expectations. This position will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver win-win outcomes and further strengthen our relationship with Intel’s key stakeholders across Dell. The Sales Development Manager (SDM) will be dedicated to driving consumption and sell-through of Intel products for our Commercial Client business with Dell. They will report into the Dell Americas Team, which is responsible for driving consumption of Intel’s products across all lines of business and Intel’s product portfolio in the Americas region (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Rest of LATAM).

This role is responsible for working with all levels of management, across Intel & Dell, to win business within the enterprise, commercial, SLED/Fed, channel, and SMB customer segments. Key objectives include driving premium product mix with the Intel vPro Platform, ramping new technologies, increasing net-new buyers, and running sales and marketing campaigns to improve Intel's brand and business position in the industry. This position is also responsible for sustaining and building relationships within Dell and being the “voice of the customer”, providing customer feedback to internal Intel organizations and other account team members on market trends and product/supply/marketing needs.

This job is commission based and will be measured by worldwide billings and also carry a global vPro deal win quota.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Key point of contact for Dell North America Sales, marketing, and product manager VPs and their reports

  • Continually training Dell sellers and marketers on the benefits of Intel products and platforms

  • Creating, consulting on, and driving a go-to-market sales and marketing strategy that is mutually beneficial to both Dell & Intel

  • Managing a large MDF budget and allocating dollars efficiently to drive the highest ROI for Intel

  • Own all deal-specific pricing discussions between Intel & Dell for North America

  • Share Intel’s market intelligence with Dell leaders to assist in demand planning

  • Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and forward-looking statements for Intel leadership

  • Ensure goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction, maximizing the business, and increasing the preference for Intel architectures.

  • Look for opportunities to grow existing business and identify new revenue streams that can grow over time

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Sales and/or Marketing Experience

  • 5+ Years of Account and/or Partner Management Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership

  • Consistent experience excelling in high-demand positions

  • Understanding of Dell’s sales & marketing organization and product differentiators

  • Understanding of Intel’s commercial client roadmap, strategies, programs, tools, and systems

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
