The Intel Dell Account Team is looking for a customer-obsessed high-energy consumer focused Sales Development Manager (SDM) who will role-model Intel values and is continually aspiring to exceed expectations. This position will play a critical role in ensuring we deliver win-win outcomes and further strengthen our relationship with our key stakeholders across Dell in the consumer space. The Sales Development Manager (SDM) will be dedicated to driving consumption in the US and Canada for our consumer business with Dell. They will report into the Dell Americas Team which is responsible for driving consumption of Intel’s products across all lines of business and Intel’s product portfolio in the Americas region (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Rest of LATAM).
This is a commissioned sales position primarily responsible for consumption and sell through based activities with OEM, channel, and ecosystem partners. Working with sales and marketing field members, responsibilities include: winning business at key retail accounts, managing Dell.com business (product placement, pricing, marketing activities), driving premium product mix, ramping new technologies, running consumer sales and marketing campaigns to improve Intel's brand and business position, and developing cohesive customer technology solutions that increase the usage of Intel products/services while building business capabilities. The position is also responsible for sustaining and building relationships within the account, providing customer feedback to internal Intel organizations and other account team members on market trends, feedback on platform and business issues, etc.
This job is commission based and will be measured by worldwide billings and consumption key performance indicators.
The role requires sustaining a very tight customer relationship, working close with go-to-market, channel, and eco system partners both internal and external, operations, & sales and marketing partners in order to drive mutual success for both, Dell and Intel.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
∙ BA or BS or higher
∙ 3+ Years of Sales and/or Marketing Experience
∙ 3+ Years of Account and/or Partner Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
∙ Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership
∙ Consistent experience excelling in high-demand positions
∙ Consumer/Retail Industry Eco-System Knowledge
∙ Understanding of Intel’s Consumer/Retail Strategies, Programs, Tools, Systems, Etc

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
