We are looking for a technology enthusiastic Team Lead who drives and supports the following services:
• leading a team of internal and external IT employees (10-20 FTE) ensuring the daily business operation of the central team
• drive and execute the implementation of strategic topics within the Investing Cluster with emphasis on DevOps methodologies, such as the standardization of the CI/CD pipeline, Test Automation, Engineering Excellence and Test Data generation, etc.
• supervision agile methodologies of software delivery processes which includes the transition to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as well as agile release management
• member of the Investing Cluster management team, supporting the organization to deliver superior software and IT services, and helping the organization to achieve the next level
• responsible for all personnel matters of our team, such as coordination, conflict resolution, recruitment, personal development and performance evaluation
