Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative leader who has the drive and commitment to take one of Intel's longest standing partnerships to the next level. Intel's growth is dependent upon winning key transitions in the areas of cloud, network, edge and AI and there is no other customer with the breadth of technology, industry knowledge and global reach to help Intel achieve these objectives than IBM. You have a unique opportunity to lead an experienced team of sales professionals with an account that represents a complete routes-to-market partner (CSP, ISV, GSI, MSP and OEM) on the verge of defining a new strategic relationship with senior executive visibility.

The Team IBM field sales manager responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Developing, planning, and executing strategies for growing all aspects of the business including billings revenue, consumption revenue and design win/enabling efforts

  • Identifying and developing strategic collaboration opportunities and joint value propositions

  • Building strong, productive relationships internally and externally with IBM contacts to foster innovation and achieve Intel objectives

  • Collaborating proactively and effectively with internal business units and executive stakeholders to ensure IBM requirements and opportunities have the visibility and needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy.

  • Developing a high-performing and healthy sales team

  • Managing internal reporting, forecasting and other daily ad hoc requests

  • Role modeling and cultivating the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect, and inclusion.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field

  • 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience

  • Proven track record delivering sales and organizational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporation

SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business. We work across numerous industries, including retail, enterprise and government, cloud services and healthcare as examples. The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$252,960.00-$404,720.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
