Job Description
Team Lead Cloud Integration Operations Overview The “Team Lead Cloud Integration Operations” will be part of a team which designs, builds and operates the global AWS, Azure, On-premises and Integration environments of Siemens Healthineers, the “HybridCloud”. You will lead an international team of operations professionals being responsible for operations of our cloud integration landscape. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience and general overview in cloud and integration architecture, implementation, quality assurance, monitoring and service operations with various underlying dependencies. As leader of a team responsible for cloud integration operations you make sure that our services are running in a stable and monitored way. Task and Responsibilities: • Lead a team of cloud integration operations professionals • Oversee and run the Siemens Healthineers cloud integration operations • Monitor and manage ITSM processes for incidents, problems, and requests • Plan and perform updates of our cloud integration services to minimize downtimes • Work in conjunction with the development team to provide service improvements • Embrace a culture of continuous service improvement and service excellence Qualifications: • Overall 10+ years experience in cloud and integration • Proven track of managing operations professionals following ITSM processes • Experience with implementation of cloud integration solutions in an enterprise environment • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on status, progress and risks • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience • Cloud and or integration certifications are a plus Competencies and Behaviors: • Highly self-motivated with the ability to identify areas of focus and tackle new challenges with or without direction • Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions • Strong oral, written, and presentation abilities - able to convey risk to all levels of the business, from C-level executives to operations and development teams • Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases for technology initiatives and to effectively communicate the value proposition to non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure • Ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced international environment • Very good communications and negotiations skills • Encourages people to be open and share their views • Demonstrate clear and measurable results through the development of KPIs, goals and milestones, delivery Focused • Ambitious and competitive • Strive for standardization and simplification in all aspects of work Soft Skills Requirements • Leadership (+) • Collaboration & Customer Orientation (++) • Intercultural Sensitivity (+) • Value Orientation (++) • Team Development (+) • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, while focusing on delivery quality • Ability to use initiative when needed • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Quick learner and efficient, ability to get into new technologies and architectures Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
