TITLE:  Team Lead Distribution Operations

 

WORKSITE LOCATION: 4555 N. Channel Ave., Portland, OR 97217. 

 

DUTIES: Team Lead Distribution Operations. Portland, OR. Establish and coordinate business practices for all DTNA brands with numerous departments and network partners within NAFTA.  Train and ensure all process and procedures are communicated, implemented, and followed among the analyst team.  Recommend, develop, and help implement system changes for business reporting programs.  Work on design and development of Network Partner System, ensure NPS is accurately maintained, advise management of business solutions by troubleshooting system issues and writing requirements; process applications, and documentation related to network partner updates in order to meet critical timelines and deadlines, resolve business queries from internal/external departments, and administer annual distribution contact renewal process.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related; and 1 year of experience in a Business Administrator/Analyst/Consultant/Business Systems Analyst, or any related occupation. Must have one year of experience in NPS System, SQL Server and Database Query, creating data intelligent reports using Tableau, and requirements gathering and system analysis.
