Job Description:

• To lead the Product Management team for SEATw.
• Focus on providing information and guidance including product specification, application, market focus to sales teams to achieve product and market growth target.
• Provide overall product and market development strategies for various segment of businesses.
• Provide data analysis on markets served, with objectives of developing businesses by product categories, market segments, workflow applications and geographical requirements.
• To participate and interact actively with sales teams, including customer visits and other marketing activities to gather market intelligence on market trends, competitors’ directions and new technologies.
• To take lead in RSD business strategies for SEATw commercially and formulate plans and go-to-market actions for the products and addressable markets.
• To lead team to work with digital marketing for product content and strategy for MyFisher Store and other digital platforms
• To work cross divisional with other Divisions and Groups within the Thermo Fisher family to provide end to end solutions to key customers and key market segments.
• To foster business relationships with external parties where necessary to provide RSD SEATw opportunities for future business collaborations and mutually benefiting partnerships.
• To liaise with vendors on AOPs and strategize plans to achieve them.
• To ensure the business has sufficient tools, materials, knowledge, expertise, stocks and overall comprehensive solutions for targeted market segments.·
• Identify and develop new markets/new products in the entire SEA region.

• Provide overall impetus for company to achieve product and market growth

• To assist sales team to participate and develop businesses in large VMI or Key Account opportunities.

• To ensure active participation of company activities.

• To nurture and groom new team members and interns.

• To ensure D&E stocks are reduced and take precautions and actions to minimize D&E exposure.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Science degree, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Bioscience discipline
• At least 7 years of scientific product management experience
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and develop a team of product specialists
