• Responsible for organizing and managing the daily work of team, organizing daily team meeting, and timely solving and feeding back problems.
• Daily supervise the operation of each employee and pay great attention on compliance and zero tolerance.
• Prepare and update daily work SOP and prepare workflow management files for team and work scope.
• Make sure all staff fill in daily work records well. Summarize and analyze data from records and make the next phase work plan.
• Analyze SOP and draw value stream map of assigned work.
• Communicate with customers and end-users to ensure that information is obtained in the first time and clarify customer’s requirements.
• Responsible for the interview and on-board training of team members and pay attention to the cultivation of excellent staff.
• Team members daily training, evaluation and realization of PMP goals, and make corresponding records.
• Carry out PSP culture to ensure the problems are solved from root cause.
• Support other teams to complete urgent work and people arrangement.
• Responsible for daily 5S management in working area.
• Responsible for the team attendance.
• Other tasks assigned by onsite manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• More than 5 years working experience, more than 3 years team management experience;
• Background form manufacturing or customer service area.
• Experience in quality control, good to have in supply chain;
• Good MS office skills;
• Read and write English and work in a foreign company working environment;
