Duties

• Manages, coaches, directs and motivates every team member to promote and maximize sales opportunities in commercial banking area
• Overview the whole portfolio of mid cap business in bank and directs the development, implementation and use of productive sales strategies and techniques for generating additional bank business through any mean or channel provided by the Bank
• Make sure all the sales activities are aligning with bank and external compliance requirements
• Provide insight and guideline to teammate regarding the market movement

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, with qualifications in IIQE, HKSI & MPF, CFPCM preferred
• Experiences and proven track record in managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage
• Sound knowledge and at least 8 years' solid experiences in retail banking products & services, including but not limited to full-fledged investment and insurance products, knowledge and experiences in corporate banking products & services a definite advantage
• Ability to influence various key stakeholders in referring and cross-offering potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth
• Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace
• Highly sensitive to customers' needs, able to provide quality services in exploring and consolidating long term banking relationships among personal and corporate customers
• Proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua a definite plus
