Team Leader Concierge

We are looking for a Lobby Concierge who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Accor guidelines. This position reports to our Chef Concierge.

What you will be doing:

  • Is a member of the hotel's management board, and works cross-departmentally with all departments. 
  • Be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the property
  • Be required to provide continuing exceptional customer service to all guests throughout their stay
  • Store luggage and carry bags to rooms
  • Provide helpful and accurate local knowledge to guests in an informative manner

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of Hotel Operations Experience (preferably Luxury)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working as a Concierge in a 5 star hotel
  • Hotel Management College Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies
  • A reasonable understanding of the Hospitality Industry
  • Exceptional computer skills (Opera, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Trip Advisor and other portals)
  • Technologically sound and can learn and use new systems quickly
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently prepare requested reports
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills (French preferred but not required)
