Job Description

Job description:

  • Responsible for leading the sales and business retention teams to achieve the assigned target in order to increase the Company's revenue
  • Responsible for building and enhancing customer relationship in order to increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage the daily operation and ensure the compliance
  • Carry out call monitoring to ensure the quality and procedure are in line with the requirements of respective campaigns
  • Review the team’s workflow regularly to maximize the teams’ efficiency including resources planning and job allocation
  • Conduct training and coaching to the teams or individuals to increase the team morale 
  • Support ad-hoc project

Requirement:

  • DSE / F.7 / diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years solid experiences in managing sales team, preferably with sales management experience
  • Relevant working experience in leading sales team in Insurance industry is preferred
  • With insurance intermediaries qualification papers 1 & 2 and other professional certification is highly preferred
  • Sales-oriented with strong leadership, people management, problem solving and good communication skills
  • Good team player, mature, aggressive, excellent interpersonal skills with "Can-do" attitude
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good use of computer knowledge, especially in Excel and Word
