Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action.

• Maintain quality of services and standards according to requirement of the hotel

• Co-ordinate with Front Office department to meet productivity goals.

• Establish standards and procedures for the work of Housekeeping team.
