Job Overview
Entry level position in a Reman center.
Responsibilities
• The Leader provides work direction and assistance to co-workers in work area. The Leader determines what work will be done and who will do which part of the work. This requires the Leader to possess very good knowledge of established tasks, procedures and quality standards in the Disassembly area.
• To be successful, the Leader must have demonstrated the ability to work constructively with any employee at any given time. The Leader must also be able to identify when and where assistance is needed and prioritize and sequence the level of assistance necessary and direct co-workers’ efforts to ensure the smooth flow of work in the designated area.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work second shift and/or flexible hours.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
• Good level of oral & written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Attached resume required.
