Eaton's EMEA Electrical Systems & Solutions Business Unit - Post-Order organization, part of Critical Systems Division, for the department Pre-Order Business Support has an opening for a: Teamleader Quotations Large Industrial & Commercial Projects This position reports into the Manager Business Support and is part of the Pre-Order organization. The incumbent will be involved to lead and develop the quotation team focused on Large industrial and commercial projects, with the prime responsibility to organize and continuously improve the team’s support towards customers and foster a path internally to become the Center of excellence for ESS business Support function. Prime function of the department is to analyze, assess, calculate and offer complex projects highlighting any risks, mitigation plans, profitability and reliability within the Eaton guidelines and approval practices. This role portrays an exciting platform to interact, lead, motivate and organize team members from multiple locations as a single core function to ensure timely support to all key stakeholders. Your main duties: Lead, manage, inspire and motivate assigned team of professionals, according to Eaton Leadership Model requirements. Set priorities, as necessary, in close co-operation with the segment leads, sales and business development teams. Monitor quality and progress of work, check and approve work of subordinates within authorization level and/or in close co-operation with manager Develop a performance focused and collaborative culture within the multisite members, aligning functional priorities to the business goals and advocating the leadership attributes for the team to adopt and demonstrate. Lead the efforts of the team in the large industrial and commercial project segments to fully understand the electrical requirements and be personally involved in segment meetings and activities as required to drive growth for ESS. Align with the operations, supply chain and logistics function to assure high level of customer satisfaction. To stimulate change and improvement, assess proposals of peers/subordinates as well as to propose change or improvement of processes to higher management. Drive a culture of accountability and efficiency to maximize customer intimacy. Foster strong and effective relationships with internal and external customers. Manage and Develop pipeline through close coordination with relevant stakeholders. Participate in market analysis with Voice of customers to determine commercial viability of products & technical requirements leading to future New Product Development (Involve in Gate 0) and evaluate risks in the segments. To ensure timely and correct reporting to the manager in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines and ensure recording and traceability of data. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (master’s in Business Administration is an advantage). 3 - 7 years of experience in similar function. Good technical understanding of ESS product Portfolio. Knowledgeable insights on Large Industrial and Commercial projects Experiences in Market and Segment dynamics Promotes teamwork and works across organizational boundaries to deliver results ethically Eye for new developments in market and drive organizational capabilities around the same Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results driven.
