To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work.
To assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing Multi Tasking principle.
To check performance of subordinates periodically and provide the performance report to Security Manager
To ensure that Material and Visitor/vendor Gate Pass Procedures are followed by the deployed team members.
To ensure that all the items going in are checked properly through the checking team at gates and scanned at the X-Ray machine.
Equally responsible to achieve the target and departmental goals and should work with Security Manager to achieve the same.
