Your new role – challenging and future-oriented You will be responsible for an eleven-person team of (sub-) project managers (f/m/d), which ensures global technical project execution for interlockings in cooperation with project management. You will interface with the other project participants (engineering, neighboring subsystems, system management, project management, purchasing) and organize smooth cooperation. Furthermore, you will plan resources for your team and the assigned projects. In addition, you will be responsible for budget targets in the bidding process, which must be adhered to during execution. You will be responsible for the processes, guidelines and tools used by your group and also make them available to the international departments involved in the execution projects. Moreover, you will network intensively with our regions (in particular our engineering centers in India, Slovakia and Thailand), which provide parts of the services themselves, and coordinate the joint approach. Your qualifications – solid and appropriate You hold a university degree (master's / diploma) in an engineering discipline (e.g. railroad engineering or electrical engineering). Also, you have many years of convincing professional experience in proposal or project management, engineering, system management, testing or validation. You thrive in the world of technically complex projects and preferably feel at home in railroad engineering or even railroad signaling technology. You excel in disciplinary leadership experience. As an expert, coach, leader and manager (f/m/d) you are able to lead and develop teams in an agile way. For your task in international responsibility, you bring along excellent English skills and a willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
