For our Nordic customers we are looking for a dynamic leader in the area of Account payables to manage a team of app 15 skilled people, who are dealing with receiving, clarification and booking of invoices, as well as invoice payment. What will be your responsibilities? Responsibility for daily operating results of the team. Together with Key players support daily task coordination (identifying priorities during month end closing). Monitoring performance and quality of service delivery. Initiating and participating in cost optimization projects. Initiating and participating in process optimization projects. Regular contact with customer regarding performance and account status. Team management (manage employee performance, identify potential, support development and growth). What do we expect from you? Motivation and Open-mindedness. Desire to learn new activities and develop in the field of people management as well as project management. Good communication and organizational skills. Pro-customer approach. Experience in the field of accounting (account payables is an advantage). Previous work experience in leading people is an advantage. Good knowledge of English. User control of MS Office.
