The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA New Business Administration team to lead a team in delivering the best in class new business administration experience. Help us champion a customer focused culture by enhancing enterprise value and reputation through continuous improvement activities and strong relationship management skills.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Partner with distribution leaders in the development and relationship management of existing and new advisors
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects and implement approved enhancements
  • Deliver and maintain functional planning and performance reporting including target setting and goal achievement
  • Play an active role in risk management by developing and implementing appropriate frameworks to ensure the team are complying with AIA standards and regulations

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Experience in the life insurance industry (desired but not essential)
  • Demonstrated experience leading and or delivering change
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Strong organisation skills
