Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional training lessons and instructions to teacher team as required;
2. Coordinate with content development team to help improve and update our courseware;
3. Recruit and manage international teachers;
4. Deliver both formal and informal assessments and progress reports throughout the program and keep close oversight on teacher performance
5. Observe class recording and deliver professional feedback and strategies to ensure and improve teaching quality;
6. In-depth study and mastery of teaching methodologies and pedagogy, and ability to adapt these ideas to online teaching practices.
7. Attend weekly academic meetings and contribute to teaching quality improvement;
8. Accomplish other academic tasks assigned by superior leaders

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above
2. More than 5 years teaching experience with the students age from 5-12, Chinese students teaching experience is preferred;
3. Accept working in weekends with flexible working time (it could be one day of the weekends);
4. Excellent ability to innovate and apply English knowledge flexibly;
5. Ability to use a variety of English teaching models and familiarity with international education and online teaching product.
6. Lively personality, open mind, responsible and deeply passionate about our work.
7. Strong learning ability, active work ethic, good communication skills, and team spirit.
8. Internationally recognized TEFL or TESOL certification is preferred;
9. Excellent English language skills, Chinese language skill is preferred;
