Teamlead Cloud Success Demand Overview The Teamlead Cloud Success Demand will be part of a global team which designs, builds and operates the global AWS, Azure and On-premises environments of Siemens Healthineers, the “HybridCloud”. He will lead an international team of Demand Managers and Cloud Solution architects who drive architecture and design of our central platform architecture as well as consult and design solutions for customer demands and projects. The ideal candidate for this role will have a high level of technical experience and knowledge about enterprise architecture methods as well as an agile mindset to accommodate complex target settings and project setups. As leader of a team responsible for Hybrid Cloud demand handling you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide scalable cloud-based solutions. Your main goal will be to ensure that the team delivers efficient, scalable and high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. Task and Responsibilities: • Lead a team of up to 10 solution architects providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success. • Understand and analyze client business requirements, providing hybrid cloud solutions that meet those needs. • Develop technical specifications, architectures, and blueprints to support customer demand requirements. • Provide guidance on platform architecture for Azure, AWS, On-Prem/Virtualization as well as our Integration landscape. • Build solutions that provide availability, performance, and stability in our systems, services, and products at scale. • Ensure the team is adhering to industry best practices and standards. • Build strong stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. • Stay current on cloud industry trend and drive innovation for platforms. • Monitor and report on team progress and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. • Embrace a culture of continuous service improvement and service excellence. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution design. • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 5 or more. • Project Management skills and proven track record in delivering complex projects. • Extensive knowledge of platform architecture for Azure, AWS, Virtualization, consulting, and solution design. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. • Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget. • Experience with the implementation of cloud solutions in an enterprise environment Competencies and Behaviors: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following competencies and behaviors: • Leadership: The candidate should have strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
