Lead a small team of 2-3 people for the order execution topics Handle Order execution functions from a financial and SAP aspects including order booking, order cost controlling etc Interact with transporters, customer representatives, regional sales colleagues for ensuring proper dispatch and documentation Occasional interaction with the external service providers for insurance claims, first intimation, survey for transportation damage and claim valuation Administration of Scrap area viz maintaining of scrap register, inviting and evaluating scrap quotes, presentation to the scrap committee and finally monitoring the actual scrap disposal as per the scrap committee decisions Handle proper Export documentations including GR Waivers and ensure timely closure in EDPMS Handle the documentation and administration of Free issue of materials, Job work as well as site return of goods Co-ordination with GBS for IR booking, Debit/Credit notes, Payment, Advance, Retention etc GRN preparation for material and service Monitoring of Advance account and corrective action Clearing of dash board (GR IR (including ICB), Web cycle, R Block, GIT booking etc Making Vendor related letter of credit, bank guarantee etc Requirements Strong team player with willingness to learn and lead Capable for independently interacting with customers in India and Abroad Basic understanding of GST rules and documentation Working knowledge and prior experience with SAP particularly, FICO, COPA, SD and MM modules Working knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements such as GR, GR Waiver, Export control requirements (Damex), INCOTERMS# Must be First class commerce graduate in first attempt Transport co-ordination might require late working Being a factory location, most of the activities can not be done remotely, this function would be working from office on most days We don't need superheroes, just super minds!
